Tribune Tower - Chicago, Illinois

IMG_1238.JPG, originally uploaded by IlliniJester.

In terms of architecture, the Tribune building is just a wonderful building. But there's a little known fact about the building that even most Chicagoans don't know about. If You're ever downtown and walk past this building, you'll be able to see pieces of other buildings placed along the facade all around this building. And we're not talking about just "any" buildings. The structures are so famous that you can't help but ask yourself, "are these for real?"

You can see more of the bricks off my flickr page, but some of the highlights:
*Great Wall Of China
*Taj Mahal
*White House
*Colloseum
*Parthenon
*Berlin Wall
*World Trade Center
